I know a bit boring, but a good basic book for reference and recipes.
I’m just a Mom who didn’t want her kids to go off to college and starve or survive on fast food, so I hatched Just Not Eggs. Little by little all the other little chickens that were going off to school or had an interest in learning to cook came by to roost and encouraged me to get cracking with NJE.
I wanted to make a site and cookbook that did not bore or bog you down with endless techniques that should be left to the “professional” like boning a chicken. It’s not a “how to” book it’s a simple and easy “do” book with fresh ingredients, and no complicated steps.
I’ve always loved cooking and turned my love into a cooking column. You can check it out www.itsalldelicious.com and see my past columns which are published in Pink! Magazine. Those recipes are a little more involved than what we’ll have here.
I’ll be updating it as much as I can, at least once a week if not more.
These recipes will get you straight into the good stuff to eat.
